"I work for a private junior college with campuses in three cities. I work at the Corporate office in Visalia, Ca. The Fresno, CA campus is about 45 miles to the north and the Bakersfield, Ca campus is about 75 miles to the south. By using NetOp we have been able to reduce our need to travel to these sites tremendously. I can remember driving an hour and a half to Bakersfield to work on a computer just to find that it was user error. With NetOp I can watch the users make the mistake and correct the problem without leaving my office."

"I am responsible for our entire network printing infrastructure. This amounts to almost 600 printers. I initially used pcAnywhere. The Server was located in an unmanned, secure computer room and made remote control necessary. I experienced many headaches from the apparent instability of using pcAnywhere, not to mention how slow the response was. I was frequently bitten by the Server either maxing out CPU or locking up altogether and making life miserable for me."

"I Wanted to let you know that I have tested out Timbuktu and Terminal Server but they were slow to control over the Internet using a regular dial up line. I was very pleased on how easy NetOp was to install and operate. When using it over a dial up line I was even more pleased to see how much faster it was than Timbuktu and Terminal server.

I have used it over our Intranet on a 100Tx base Ethernet and again -- excellent results with remote controlling servers and workstations. I was pleased to find out that NetOp does not require a reboot and does not replace video or network files.

Using the controls are convenient and easy. Excellent layout, GUI and documentation. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to remote control their computer either over the Internet or their Intranet."
