This CD-ROM based workshop was developed for beginning to intermediate NetOp School users. The CD-ROM walks instructors through the essential features of NetOp School including descriptions of each button and menu option. The comprehensive CD-ROM, which contains more than an hour of practical information, is designed to help you better use the many features in NetOp School to keep students on-task while creating a more interactive classroom environment.     Installing, Configuring, and Deploying NetOp Remote Control

    This two-day course is for users and administrators who currently are, or will be using NetOp Remote Control.  The participants will receive hands-on training of the Remote Control products, including learning all the capabilities and uses for Remote Control as well as the implementation and problem determination for the products.           

    Topics covered will include:

  • Different uses for Remote Control

  • Installing and configuring the Guest and Host Modules

  • Deploying NetOp in the Enterprise.

Security is on everyone?’s mind today, and is only as strong as the weakest link.  This one-day, hands-on course will give participants the tools and confidence they need to make sure that their remote control installation provides rock solid security.  After completing the course the participants will be able to effectively secure their NetOp environment and implement NetOp Security Server.

Topics covered will include:

  • Introduction to security and hacking

  • Introduction to encryption

  • Guest and Host security settings

  • Protecting the Host against hacking

  • NetOp encryption implementation

Directions to CrossTec Training Center

  • CrossTec is located in Boca Raton about 45 minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and a half hour south of the West Palm Beach Airport.

  • Take I95 to the Yamato Rd Exit.

  • Yamato East to US 1 (Federal Hwy) about 1.5 miles

  • Federal South (right) about a mile to Spanish River Blvd.

  • Take a right on Spanish River and Spanish River Plaza will be on your immediate left.

  • Take your first left (5th) and use the second entrance (also on the left) into the plaza

  • You will see a three story structure with parking on the ground floor.

  • CrossTec corporate offices are located on the top floor, the Training Center is on the 2nd Floor

  • There are stairs and an elevator at the center of that building. On the second floor go to Suite 107 for the Training Center or go the the third floor and see the reception  located in the first office on your left (west) - Suite 205.
